Eligibility for Returns: You are eligible to return an item within 30 days of receiving it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact our customer service team within 365 days of receipt. If we are unable to resolve your concerns, we will provide a full refund.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

- Return Shipping Label: Upon contacting our customer support, you will receive a return shipping label via email.
- Shipping the Return: Pack the items securely and attach the provided return shipping label. Dispatch the items to the address specified.
- Refund or Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement unit, as applicable.
