At Lots Of Zen, we craft tools meant to support your practice and bring balance to your space. This Limited Warranty reflects our commitment to quality and your peace of mind. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right, with clarity, kindness, and simple next steps.
Who is covered
This warranty applies to the original purchaser of Lots Of Zen tuning forks (or the original recipient if purchased as a gift). It is non-transferable and requires proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or order number).
What’s covered (365 days from purchase)
For 365 days from the date of original purchase, your Lots Of Zen tuning forks and included accessories (e.g., mallet/striker, pouches) are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
Our remedy: at our discretion, we will replace the item with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater functionality, or we will provide another solution.
What’s not covered
- To keep this fair and sustainable for everyone, this Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Wear & tear from regular use, and normal cosmetic changes (minor scuffs, finish variations).
- Damage from misuse or improper care, including: striking forks on hard or abrasive surfaces; bending or prying; exposure to liquids or excessive moisture; extreme temperatures; chemical cleaners; or other non-intended uses.
- Modifications or repairs not authorized by Lots Of Zen.
- Lost or stolen items, or items with altered/removed labels.
- Transit damage if not properly packaged per our return instructions.
- Third-party add-ons or accessories not supplied by Lots Of Zen.
- Note: Small tonal variations can occur naturally across batches and with normal use; such variations alone are not considered a defect.
How to make a warranty claim (simple & supportive)
- Contact us: email support@lotsofzen.com with your order number, photos/video of the issue, and a brief description of how the item is used and stored.
- Troubleshooting first: our team will offer quick checks or care tips to confirm whether the issue is a defect.
- Return authorization: if a defect is confirmed, we’ll provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and step-by-step return instructions.
- Pack with care: include your proof of purchase and a short note describing the defect. Clearly mark the RMA on the outside of the package.
- Resolution: once received and inspected, we’ll complete the replacement or agreed remedy promptly.
Unauthorized returns or returns without an RMA may be refused to ensure nothing gets lost and your claim is processed smoothly.

- Limited scope: Except as stated here and to the extent permitted by law, Lots Of Zen disclaims implied warranties of merchantability or fitness beyond the 365-day period.
- Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, Lots Of Zen is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the product.
- Your consumer rights: This warranty grants you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state, province, or country.
- Updates: We may update this warranty from time to time; the latest version will always be available on our website.
