How to access your Tuning Forks 101 course
Eliran from the LotsOfZen team walks you through it in three minutes, and every step is written out beside the video. Watch it, read it, or do both. You only have to do this once.

Before you start
- The email address you used when you bought your tuning forks.
- Access to that inbox — we send a one-time code to confirm it is you.
- That is everything. There is no password to remember.
Go to the Members Area
Open lotsofzen.com and click Members Area in the menu.
Choose how you sign in
You will be asked to sign in. You have two options, and either one works:
- Sign in with Shop — use this if you already have a Shop account.
- Sign in with your email — just type your email address in the box.
Use the same email address you used to place your order. This is the single most common thing that goes wrong.
Tick the box, then click Next
There is an optional box to receive news and offers from us. We recommend leaving it on — it is how course updates and member-only offers reach you — but it is entirely your choice. Then click Next.
Enter the code we email you
We send a short code to your inbox to confirm the address is yours. Open the email, copy the code, and type it into the box.
No code after a minute or two? Check your spam and promotions folders. It usually lands there.
You are in — find your course
You will land in your Members Area with your courses listed.
- An unlocked course is ready to watch. Click it.
- A locked course means you are not enrolled in that one yet.
Tuning Forks 101 is bundled with our tuning forks products. If you bought a set, you will have received enrollment instructions by email. If your course still shows as locked, see the questions below.
Start watching
Click the course and it opens on the welcome video, where Diane Hudock, D.S.S. introduces the course. Press play and you are away.
Work through the lessons at your own pace
When you finish a lesson, click Complete and continue to move to the next one. There is no time limit and nothing expires — go as slowly as you like.
The course runs through the main lessons, then bonus lessons, then a resources and offers section, and finishes with your certificate and your course takeaways.
Write your takeaways and say hello
Under every lesson there is a space to write down what stood out to you. Those notes are yours to keep and they are collected for you at the end.
There is also a comments section under each lesson. Please use it. We read every single comment, and hearing what is working for you genuinely shapes what we make next.
Coming back later
Closed the tab? No problem, nothing is lost. Go back to lotsofzen.com, click Members Area, sign in with the same email if you are not still logged in, and click your course. It picks up exactly where you left off.
If something is not working
The four things that come up most often, and how to fix them.
My course is still locked
A locked course means the enrollment has not been applied to your account yet.
Almost always this is because you signed in with a different email than the one on your order. Sign out, then sign back in using the exact address on your order confirmation. If it is still locked, message us with your order number and we will unlock it.
I never got the verification code
Check your spam, junk and promotions folders first — that is where it usually is.
Still nothing? Go back and request the code again, and double-check the address for typos. Some work and school inboxes block automated mail, so a personal address is worth trying.
I used the wrong email to sign up
Nothing is broken. Sign out and sign back in with the correct address — the one on your order.
If you would rather move your course to a different email, message us and we will move it across for you.
Do I lose my progress?
No. Your progress, your notes and your takeaways are saved to your account automatically as you go.
You can close the tab, switch devices, and come back weeks later. Sign in with the same email and you will land right where you stopped.
